Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, a refund (less a $60 administrative fee) will be issued for cancellations received on or before July 10, 2026. Cancellations received after July 10, 2026, will be charged 100% of the registration fee. To request a refund, contact wrdc@uidaho.edu.
