    • If you plan to pay by check for an individual registration, please select that option below. You will receive an invoice via email for your individual registration within one week. You may also receive a blank invoice in your email immediately after registration confirming you chose the check option, this is not your final invoice; please allow us a few days to manually issue you an invoice. 

    • If your institution will be paying for multiple attendees on a single check, the designated university billing contact should reach out directly to aaronweibe@extension.org to request a combined invoice.

    • To ensure accurate processing, all attendees must complete their individual registration before check payment is submitted.

    • To qualify for the Regular Registration rate, payment by check must be received no later than July 15, 2026. If payment is received after this date, the registration will be adjusted to the Late Registration rate, and an updated invoice will be issued for the remaining balance.

  • Transferring Registration: You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization by August 5th, by notifying Aaron Weibe at the Extension Foundation (aaronweibe@extension.org) 

    Cancellations: If you must cancel, please notify Aaron Weibe by email (aaronweibe@extension.org) by July 28th, 2026 at which time a refund for the registration amount, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be processed. Cancellations made after July 28th, 2026 as well as no-shows are liable for the full registration fee.

    Registration Discounts: Registration and Payment (credit card, purchase order or check) must be received by July 15th to be eligible for the Regular Registration Pricing.

    Credit Card Payment: Please submit credit card payment online. For credit card payment questions, please contact Aaron Weibe at the Extension Foundation at aaronweibe@extension.org.
