Cancellation Policy

If a participant is unable to attend, event organizers must be notified as soon as possible by submitting cancellations to wrdc@uidaho.edu.

Scholarship Recipients

Scholarship recipients who cancel after March 27 will be charged the full registration fee of $550. Scholarship applicants must provide credit card details; charges apply only if you are accepted as a travel scholarship participant and do not comply with the cancellation terms.

Paid Attendees (Non‑Scholarship Participants)

Refund requests received on or before March 27, 2026, via email will be processed with a $50 fee deducted. No refunds will be made after March 27, 2026.
